to travel & trek in Patagonia, Aconcagua, Puna or Atacama, in Argentina

Privacy Policy. All your personal
information you send to us will be never released to anyone. We do not
keep this information in our Internet servers. We do not use cookies to
collect personal information.
Payment Method. We will contact
you by e-mail in the next business day to arrange all the necessary details.
When you are satisfied with every aspect of the trip you planned, we will
ask you for an 80% reservation deposit to confirm your place on the trip
and freeze the price. In case you have also reserved with us the domestic
flights or Hotels in BUE, you will have to deposit 100% of them, adding
this amount to the 80% reservation, as Aerolineas Argentinas & LAN
airlines require full payment to issue the domestic flight tickets and
BUE Hotels require it to confirm reservation. This advance payment will
be done through a bank deposit in our account at a USA bank. You will
be able to pay the rest cash in BUE when you arrive.
Cancellations. Due to the high
demand of these trips and our commitment to maintain them available in
small groups, we have this cancellation policy that gives you back your
deposit in case you tell us in advance that you cannot take the trip.
- Up to 61 days before the departure date we will refund 75% of your deposit.
- Between 60 and 46 days we will refund 50% of your deposit.
- Between 45 and 22 days we will refund 25% of your deposit.
- We are sorry but we cannot refund your deposit if you cancel your trip
in the last 21 days before the departure date. If you are worried about
having possible cancellations due to unexpected matters, such as illness
or jobs, we suggest you to get a cancellation insurance.
PLEASE read !! IMPORTANT NOTE to receive

Limitation
of Liabilities. When you sign into our trips you acknowledge have
read and agreed on the following limitations. Our services don't include
medical insurance nor life insurance. It's your responsibility to get the
medical/life insurance previously to the start of the trip. Our trips are
developed in zones far from big urban cities. Medical Services and other
kind of services could be far from where the travelers are located in a
specific moment. We will make all the efforts to reinforce and guaranty
the security and well being of all the travelers. Actually we have not had
any major problem in all the years we have been organizing these trips.
But when reserving your trip with us you will accept to know about the potential
risks associated with this type of tourism. We will refuse any claim or
responsibility related to accidents, damages, illness, negligence, physical
or mental damage. We will not be responsible by the delays and eventually
upper costs due to illness, weather conditions, war, terrorism, political
events, natural disasters, technical difficulties or any other cause out
of our control. We retain the right to change the itinerary or to suspend
some of the activities when some climatic cause or other cause of any other
nature justifies it in favor of the security of each member of the group.
